Cost of Living

There is an interesting tool on CNNMoney.com that compares the cost of living between cities of your choice. I just did a comparison of Detroit and Charleston, SC and it appears that sunshine, warm weather, and a nearby ocean is actually cheaper than perma-gray skies, frigid weather, and a dirty lake. Go figure.
