I went to Europe this summer and financed the whole trip on a 0% credit card. It was perfect. I spent money I did not have and had a year to pay it off while my money sat in the bank earning interest. These 0% offers are such an ideal way to reduce debt yet very few people take advantage of them. After college I transferred my credit card debt to two different 0% cards and by doing so paid them off in a little over a year. That smart dude over at MyMoneyblog.com has an entire section titled "Free Money" so rather than bite off his idea I am just going to post a link. Besides I am way too lazy to read all that fine print.
